AKR Land was a relatively new company under AKR Group. Dreambox was assigned to improve the brand.
The brand architecture is too layered, which made the brand of AKR Land unclear. Internal communication is also another thing to be improved.
Dreambox created a simple brand architecture model to boost the awareness of “AKR” brand. Internal branding ideas were going to be implemented to foster open communication between top level management and staffs. Innovation ideas were also given to create a better customer brand experience.
