Rejuvenate a legendary hospital brand.
RSIA Bunda Menteng was one of the most popular mother and children hospital in Indonesia, especially in 1970s. Dreambox was assigned to rejuvenate the brand and make it relevant to modern market.
Although Bunda is a prestigious hospital, the service level of the staffs is inadequate. They were also lacking a clear brand proposition to differentiate themselves with similar hospitals.
Through a series of brand engagement workshops, the staffs were reeducated on how to behave according to the brand. Externally, the communication was also refreshed to make it more appealing and modern.
