AA Skin Care was a hugely popular skin clinic in East Java area. But the appearance of newer skin clinic brands made AA Skin Care looked outdated. The brand values were also not understood by customers.

CHALLENGE
The name AA Skin Care was already in people’s mind. A sudden change could destroy the brand legacy.

SOLUTION
The change was implemented smoothly. Firstly at the product packaging, then at the marketing collaterals, and finally at the building. The brand values were also made more visible in the clinic so people could see. People loved the change and praise the rebranding.
