A New Heart of the City

OUTLINE
Jakarta Garden City, a subsidiary of Modernland Realty, has 370 hectares of premium area with an integrated eco-township development in East Jakarta. Jakarta Garden City wants to develop a luxury area that combines commercial & residential development.

CHALLENGE
The current image of East Jakarta is far from luxury. East Jakarta is infamous for traffic jam and industrial development. Thus, this will be the first luxury area in East Jakarta.

SOLUTION
We utilized the momentum of AEON Mall grand opening, so the premium image started to develop at the area. We did the product knowledge at CGV Blitz, then designed luxurious marketing tools and gimmicks that will evoke the right brand image. The result was astonishingly successful.
